- Found harmonic balancer pulley coming apart and belts off Damaged lower timing cover Need to replace pulley, lower timing cover, belts and recheck
- Raise the vehicle on the hoist Remove right front wheel Remove serpentine belts Attempt to remove stuck front crank pulley bolt Had to cut balancer pulley off to install chain wrench Remove front crank bolt and remove harmonic balancer pulley Remove lower timing cover and install new lower timing cover Clean surface and install new harmonic balancer pulley Install new crank bolt and torque to spec Install new belts and adjust tension Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
