- Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
- Drain radiator, flush engine block, add coolant & pressure test. While timing belt is off remove old water pump Clean gasket surfaces Install new water pump and gasket Remove old thermostat Install new thermostat Check for proper operation
- Replace timing belt Remove timing cover & remove old belt Inspect for other repairs Replace both timing belt idler bearings, tensioner and hydraulic tensioner Install new belt, align timing marks, tension belt & reinstall covers Adjust timing & idle Test drive for proper operation
