- Test drive to experience noise Raise the vehicle on the hoist and inspect Check and tighten steering and suspension bolts Check and tighten exhaust heat shields Check front brake caliper bolts Calipers new and brake pads click Recommend checking again if worse
- Install system gauges and check system pressures – system empty Add freon and leak test AC system Found low pressure AC hose from compressor to evaporator pipe leaking need to replace low pressure AC hose and recheck AC compressor for leaks
- Remove low pressure AC hose and clean fittings Install new low pressure AC hose and torque to spec Replace both schrader valves and add leak detection dye Evacuate and recharge AC system Test drive for proper operation Blowing _42__* at this time
- Remove old serpentine belt Install new belt and adjust Test drive for proper operation
