- Remove cylinder head and inspect Check cylinder head for warp and cracks Check cylinders for damage Reassemble cylinder head Reinstall, torque and adjust Adjust valves if needed Change oil and filter Check belts and hoses Refill fluids Flush cooling system Pressure test cooling system Test drive for proper operation
- Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
- Drain cooling system Remove serpentine belts Remove old water pump and clean gasket surfaces Install new O-rings and gasket Install new thermostat Install new water pump and torque bolts Reassemble and install new belts Flush and refill cooling system Pressure test for leaks Test drive for proper operation
- Replace battery, clean cables and posts Check and fill fluid Test battery and charging
