- Install system gauges and check system pressures – system low Found system low on refrigerant Add freon and leak test AC system Evacuate and recharge AC system Run engine and command AC on Compressor engages but does not create pressure High and low pressures at 70 – 80 psi Appears to be broken internally Recommend replacing AC compressor and condenser/dryer
- Discharge AC system Remove front bumper assembly Remove intercooler Remove AC belt Remove AC compressor and condenser hoses and lines Remove old AC compressor and condenser w/dryer Clean line fittings Install new AC compressor with clutch assembly Install new condenser w/dryer Reassemble and torque line fittings to spec Replace both schrader valves and install system leak detection dye Evacuate and recharge AC system Test drive for proper operation Blowing 42* at this time
- Remove wheels, inspect pad/shoe condition & thickness Front _70__% Rear _10__% Inspect caliper/cylinder for leakage & operation Inspect master cylinder, brake lines & hoses for operation & leaks
- True drums or rotors, replace shoes or pads, pack wheel bearings & replace seals (if applies), Bleed & adjust. Test drive for proper operation.
