- Used Scan Tool on Vehicle Trouble Codes Found: #P0010 intake camshaft position actuator solenoid valve circuit #P0011 intake camshaft position system performance Scan system data – both intake and exhaust actuators slow to operate Check actuators and connections Test actuators slow to move Recommend replacing both intake and exhaust actuators and recheck Remove old intake and exhaust actuators and clean oil passages Install new intake and exhaust actuators and reassemble Clear codes and test drive for proper operation Running good and no codes returning at this time
- Remove air intake tube Add chemicals to vehicle injection adamizer Pressurize adamizer and start cleaning procedure Clean for 20 minutes Remove injection adamizer Reassemble air intake tube Test drive for proper operation
- Remove old serpentine belt and tensioner Install new belt and new tensioner Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
- Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
- Remove old sway bar links and bushings Install new sway bar links and bushings Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
- Remove all ignition coils Remove old spark plugs Gap and install new spark plugs Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
