- Raise the vehicle on the hoist Pressure test cooling system Found radiator broken and cracked on top tank Recommend replace radiator and recheck
- Drain cooling system Remove radiator hoses Remove front bumper assembly Remove old radiator and install new radiator Remove air cleaner assembly Remove old thermostat and clean gasket surface Install new thermostat and reassemble Flush and refill cooling system Test drive for proper operation
- Remove wheels, inspect pad/shoe condition & thickness Front _20__% Rear _50__% Inspect caliper/cylinder for leakage & operation Inspect master cylinder, brake lines & hoses for operation & leaks
- Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
- True rotors or drums, pack bearings & replace seals (if applies), bleed & adjust.Test drive for proper operation.
