- Raise the vehicle on the hoist Drain the cooling system Disconnect negative battery cable Remove serpentine belt and fan clutch Remove A/C compressor bolts and remove tensioner assembly Remove idler pulleys Remove the radiator hoses Unbolt and remove old water pump and clean gasket surface Install customers new water pump and torque bolts Remove old thermostat and clean gasket surface Install customers new thermostat Install customers new tensioner and all 3 idler pulleys Install customers new serpentine belt Install customers new radiator hoses Refill cooling system and pressure test Test drive for proper operation
- Drain fluid, change filter, make necessary adjustments, replace gasket & refill
- Remove all heater, oil cooler and by-pass hoses Install new hoses and replace clamps Reassemble and pressure test
- True drums or rotors, replace shoes or pads, pack wheel bearings & replace seals (if applies), Bleed system & adjust. Test drive for proper operation.
