Used Scan Tool on Vehicle Trouble Codes Found: #P115E- Throttle actuator control throttle body airflow #P2005- Intake manifold runner control stuck open bank 2 #P2007- Intake manifold runner control stuck closed bank 2 Scan system data Check for vacuum and vapor leaks Check electrical connections Check intake manifold runner actuators and operation Actuators moving properly but appear to bind inside intake manifold Need to remove intake manifold and inspect
Upon diagnosis , vehicle needs new intake manifold in order to repair the runner control valves inside of the manifold Remove air intake boot Remove all accessories connected to intake manifold Remove intake manifold and clean gasket surface Install new intake manifold and reconnect all accessories Clear codes and road test vehicle for proper operation- no codes are returning at this time

Discharge AC system Remove front bumper assembly Remove AC belt Remove AC compressor and condenser hoses and lines Remove high pressure manifold hose from AC compressor and condenser Remove old AC compressor and condenser w/dryer Clean line fittings Install new AC compressor with clutch assembly Install new condenser w/dryer Install new high pressure manifold hose Replace both schrader valves and install system leak detection dye Reassemble and torque line fittings to spec Evacuate and recharge AC system Test drive for proper operation Blowing 42* at this time No other leaks at this time
