    • Raise vehicle on hoist to inspect Found oil leaking from coolant reservoir Inspect cooling system – found oil build up in radiator as well Suspect oil leak to be coming from oil cooler/ filter adapter and leaking into cooling system Recommend replacing oil cooler/ filter adapter and re-check
    • Remove intake manifold assembly Remove oil filter housing w/sending units Clean gasket surfaces Install new oil filter housing w/sending units and torque bolts Replace intake manifold gaskets and torque manifold bolts Reassemble and attempt to flush oil from cooling system with water Refill with water and test drive for proper operation
    • Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.

    • Found #4 fuel injector O-ring popping out and leaking Remove fuel injector rail and inspect Found fuel injector rail bent and fuel injector O-rings not sealing Need to replace fuel injector rail, injector O-rings and recheck
    • Remove all fuel injectors, clean and replace upper and lower O-rings Reinstall and 6 fuel injectors Install new fuel injector rail and torque bolts to spec Reassemble and recheck for leaks Test drive for proper operation No other leaks at this time

    • Raise the vehicle on the hoist and inspect Found oil filter/cooler housing leaking down the back of the engine and on to the transmission Need to replace the oil filter/cooler housing, clean and recheck
    • Remove intake manifold assembly Remove oil filter housing w/sending units Clean gasket surfaces Install new oil filter housing w/sending units and torque bolts Replace intake manifold gaskets and torque manifold bolts Reassemble and clean Test drive for proper operation No other leaks found at this time
    • Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
    • Replace spark plugs while intake manifold is removed Remove all 6 ignition coils Remove all 6 spark plugs Gap and lube new spark plugs Install and torque spark plugs to spec Reinstall ignition coils and reassemble
    • True rotors or drums, pack bearings & replace seals (if applies), bleed & adjust.Test drive for proper operation.
    • True drums or rotors, replace shoes or pads, pack wheel bearings & replace seals (if applies), Bleed & adjust. Test drive for proper operation.
