- Test drive to experience problem Unsafe vibration and noise from drive line Raise vehicle on hoist and inspect Found front u-joint broken Recommend replace both u-joint and recheck
- Remove drive shaft Press out old u-joints and clean bores Press in new u-joints and reassemble Reinstall drive shaft and test drive for proper operation
- Service battery, clean cables and posts Check and fill fluid Test battery and charging
- Change oil,filter & lube. Check all fluids, hoses & belts. Check tires & adjust pressure.
