- Install system gauges and check system pressures – system has pressure but AC clutch not engaged Check fuses and fuse links Check electrical connections Sca system data – AC clutch commanded on Raise the vehicle on the hoist Check power and ground to AC clutch – 12 volts Need to replace AC clutch assembly and recheck
- Remove belts Remove AC lines and electrical connection Remove old AC compressor assembly Install new AC compressor with clutch Install new AC compressor into vehicle and reassemble Remove old AC condenser with dryer and install new AC compressor with dryer Reassemble, evacuate and recharge AC system Test drive for proper operation Blowing 42* at this time
