- Used Scan Tool on Vehicle Trouble Codes Found: #P0174 system too lean bank 2 Check for vacuum and vapor leaks Check electrical connections #P0300 random misfire Check and found spark plugs worn Recommend replacingspark plugs #P2197 oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 signal stuck lean Scan system data – system lean Scan oxygen sensor data – slow to range Check sensor and connections Test sensor – high resistance Recommend replacing bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor and recheck
- Remove air intake tube Add chemicals to vehicle injection adamizer Pressurize adamizer and start cleaning procedure Clean for 20 minutes Remove injection adamizer Reassemble air intake tube Test drive for proper operation
- Remove upper intake manifold Remove all ignition coils and remove all spark plugs Gap and install new spark plugs Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
- Remove old oxygen sensor and clean pipe threads Install new oxygen sensor and reassemble Clear codes and test drive to clear system monitors Monitors all cleared and sent for smog test Passed smog test
- Service battery, clean cables and posts Check and fill fluid Test battery and charging
