    • Test drive to experience problem – no problem experienced at this time Scan for trouble codes – none present on "Engine" or "Transmission" Check all fluids – transmission slightly low Add transmission fluid Raise the vehicle on the hoist and inspect Found transmission pan gasket and transmission cooler lines leaking Recommend replacing trans cooler lines and service transmission Test battery and alternator – charging 14.1 volts (Normal) Test drive for 3 days – no problem experienced at this time

    • Drain fluid, change filter, make necessary adjustments, replace gasket & refill
    • Raise vehicle on hoist and remove front wheels Disconnect all brackets going to struts Remove lower strut bolts and support hub spindle Remove upper strut bolts and remove front struts Compress springs and transfer springs to new struts Install new struts and reconnect hub spindle Reconnect all brackets going to strut and test drive for proper operation
    • Release tension on belt and remove old serpentine belt Remove old belt tensioner Install new belt tensioner Properly route new serpentine belt and add tension to belt
    • Replace windshield
    • Support engine Remove old transmission mount and install new transmission mount Reassemble and test drive for proper operation
    • Used Scan Tool on Vehicle Trouble Codes Found: #U0101 lost communication lost with transmission control module #PO324 knock sensor module performance #CO561 system disabled information stored invalid serial data received Check battery and connections Test charging system Scan system data – all normal at this time Check for Tech Bulletins Found Bulletins for water intrusion into the instrument panel and TCM Clear codes and test drive No codes or problem experienced after several days
