    • Replace timing belt Remove timing cover & remove old belt Inspect for other repairs Replace both timing belt idler bearings, tensioner and hydraulic tensioner Install new belt, align timing marks, tension belt & reinstall covers Adjust timing & idle Test drive for proper operation
