Test temperature – idle 52* driving 45* Check system pressures Low pressure 20 psi, High 170 psi Pressures slightly low at idle Found AC compressor noisy Appears to be better after coolant flush and refill Recommend replacing AC compressor

Raise vehicle on hoist Drain oil and remove oil filter adaptor and oil cooler lines Clean all gasket surfaces and lines Replace all gaskets, seals and o-rings on oil filter adaptor and oil cooler with new gaskets, seals and o-rings Reassemble and test drive for proper operation –
Raise vehicle on hoist Remove exhaust manifold and header pipe Remove oil pan drain plug and drain oil Remove oil pan and clean gaskets surfaces Reseal oil pan, reinstall and torque bolts to spec Refill with oil to proper level Test for proper operation
Raise vehicle on hoist and inspect for oil leaks Found oil leaks coming from oil pan, oil filter adaptor and oil cooler Found transmission fluid leaking from transmission cooler lines Need to repair leaks and recheck Found vehicle to be over by 2 quarts
