    • Used Scan Tool on Vehicle Trouble Codes Found: #P0496 evap emissions system flow during non purge Scan system data Check for vacuum and vapor leaks Check electrical connections Test purge valve operation – leaking down Need to replace evap purge valve and recheck #B2699 right low beam control circuit Check and found right low beam headlight bulb out Need to replace headlight bulb and recheck Remove old evap purge valve and install new purge valve Reassemble and clear codes Test drive for proper operation Running good and no codes returning at this time
    • Rotate tires, check tire wear and adjust pressure
    • Remove 3rd brake light cover and install customers 3rd brake light bulb
    • Remove old right low beam headlight bulb and install new bulb Test for proper operation
    • Drain cooling system Remove radiator hoses Remove front bumper assembly and bumper panels Remove broken radiator and install new radiator assembly Reassemble and reinstall front bumper Reinstall all radiator hoses Flush and refill cooling system Pressure test for leaks Test drive for proper operation

    • Test operation – compressor noisy Install system gauges and check system pressures – pressure equal high & low sides Leak test AC system – no leaks detected Performance test Compressor turning but not building pressure suction Need to replace AC compressor assembly and recheck
    • Raise vehicle on hoist Remove lower panel Discharge refrigerant from AC system Remove drive belt Disconnect high and low pressure hoses Disconnect electrical connections from AC compressor and remove old compressor from vehicle Install new AC compressor onto vehicle Remove condenser pipe assembly from AC condenser Remove condenser mounting brackets and hood lock assembly Remove old condenser/dryer from vehicle Install new condenser/dryer onto vehicle and reassemble Evacuate and recharge AC system and test drive for proper operation Blowing 38* at this time

    • Raise the vehicle on the hoist and inspect Found right front axle shaft broke inside and joint pulled out of socket Need to replace right front axle shaft and recheck
    • Remove right front wheel. Remove brake caliper and rotor Remove axle nut. Remove control arm bolts. Remove old axle shaft and install new axle shaft. Reassemble and test drive for proper operation. No other noise at this time
